Monte Leone Hut is located in Valais, more precisely in the Simplon region on the border with Italy.

Marked trails, walking shoes are strongly recommended.
The hut is located in an alpine environment at 2848 m.

The hut is open during the unstaffed period.

(as long as supplies available)

Possibility to use the kitchen : 2 gas hobs, pots, utensils, cutlery, plates and glasses available.

A tax is levied on wood and cooked meals, per day and per person.
